The layout is based on our Sierra floorplan, configured as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for full-time residence. The project was built using conventional stick framing, with custom finishes designed by Inspired ADUs.
Cabinetry is again provided through Bellmont via Inspired, and construction is actively underway by GC Innovative Builders, a long-time partner in our general contractor network.
